Process document on how to sign or send documents for signature using HelloSign
Request for access to HelloSign from Karthik using LastPass
Log in to https://app.hellosign.com/home/index using credentials shared via LastPass
Click on “Sign or Send”
Click on “Upload File” if file is saved on your hard drive, “Add Template”, or Upload from Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, Evernote or OneDrive, whichever is applicable and then click on “Next”
If you will be the only one signing the document, click on “I’m the only signer”, if there are other people that needs to sign the document then add the name and corresponding email address for each signer then click “Next”
Select on the corresponding name of the signer of the document by clicking on the dropdown button and then proceed to select items to fill the blanks on the document
Drag the elements on the left hand side according to the blanks that need to be filled in by each assigned signer. Once done, click “Next”
If anyone needs to be copied on the signed document, add their email address. Add in the appropriate Document Title and optional message to signers. Click on “Send for signature”
