- These are the two conditions when the contacts will be created when you have the auto-create enabled. When a new email address is part of the to address, the Cc or the Bcc in an incoming/ outgoing email.When a new email address is added as attendee to an appointment.
- When only the contact emails are synced and when you would like to bring in a new contact email from your mailbox to the CRM who has not being created as a contact yet then you forward that email to the BCC address.
- to be 100% sure, a contact or a lead will NOT be created on Freshsales just because auto-create is enabled?
- You also need to bcc the relevant email address.

To send a bulk email to a list of records,
1. Create a saved view by applying the relevant filters of the records for which the email should be sent.
2. Buk select the records in the saved view > click on the "Bulk email" option on the top.
The recipients will receive the email as an individual one-one email and wouldn't be able to view the rest of the recipients in the list.

To auto-create leads from your BCC email address, you need to enable the "auto-create" leads from email in the personal settings option.

Yes, you are right, we don't have a separate toggle or settings to only create leads using the BCC address, once you enable the auto create leads, automatically if any of your synced emails has any email address not created as a contact will be created as contacts.

No, a contact or a lead will NOT be created on Freshsales just because auto-create is enabled. Before you enable it, please ensure that you have not added your same IMAP-connected email as a contact in the system. If created, please delete before you check in the auto-create option.
