This is a note to confirm that we have upgraded your software to CCube’s latest EDRM v4 as of last Tuesday (15 Nov). The software allows you to:
- Automatically ingest/import from locally scanned documents or from Hugh Symonds using the Capsure integration
- Ingest and view data from your Lorenzo EPR
- View all the migrated patient data from your older version V2
We will hand this over to our support team (copied, support@companyname.com) to handle with any support queries. We still continue you to support you on the following post go-live activities:
- End to end testing by your teams
- Roll-out of EDRM across multiple departments within your trust
