Very few programming questions but answer format (with video and with follow up scenarios), is very useful.

The question text is onerously long and often difficult to understand or follow.
They have a bigger bank of medium → difficult questions than easy questions
Is probably better suited to finding experts rather than general candidates; some questions really require domain understanding
